Lead From Your Point of Strength

The demands of the industries we serve require continuous learning - our own.

But it's challenging to find master level learning and networking for learning leaders. No more surface-level-sessions, we're talking about Problem-Solution Deep Dives -- fleshing out top-of-mind challenges we're facing, exploring frameworks for tackling the complexities, and prototyping solutions to bring back to our organizations. Participants will experience facilitation methods they can use in their work with stakeholders and teams. Transformational! Because of the depth and personalization, we can only invite 12 guests to participate.
